Dr. Asad Amjad is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Resource & Management at NUST Business School, National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), Pakistan. He is an HEC-approved PhD supervisor in management sciences, guiding doctoral and postgraduate students in management and human resource management. With a diverse teaching portfolio, Dr. Amjad has taught a variety of courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels, including Research Methods, Knowledge Management, Digital Transformation in Human Resource, Human Resource Management, Leadership, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Theory & Design, Employee Relations, Management Information Systems, Technology for Business, and Entrepreneurship. His interdisciplinary approach blends theory with practical insights, preparing students for dynamic business environments. Dr. Amjad's research focuses on organizational excellence and transformation, with key interests in SME performance, organizational ambidexterity, leadership, knowledge management, and organizational behaviour. He has made significant contributions to research on digital transformation, organizational leadership, and effectiveness, with a particular emphasis on digital leadership, workplace diversity, and innovation in organizations.
