NBS Hosts Industry Expert on Talent Management in Hospitality

On 26 February 2026, NBS hosted Mr Zulfiqar Ali Jaudat, former General Manager at Airblue and Serena Hotels, for an engaging guest speaker session with the Human Resource Management (HRM) class of BS T&HM 2023 at NUST Business School.

The session, titled “Talent Management in Hospitality: Attracting, Developing and Retaining the Right People”, offered valuable insights drawn from both the aviation and hospitality sectors. Key themes included workforce planning, employer branding, and retention strategies within service-intensive industries.
