Yasmine is working as an Assistant Professor at the National University of Science and Technology, NUST, Pakistan. She completed her PhD in Leadership and Management Studies with specialization in Human Resource and Organizational Behavior from the National Defence University, Pakistan and PhD Research Fellowship from George Washington University, U.S.A. Has national and international experience to deliver high-quality lectures as well as to write for highly ranked journals. Research interests include Employee Mindfulness, Authentic Leadership, Organizational Intelligence, Employee Voice, and Internal Employer Branding Outcome.
