Summary

I hold a PhD in Technology Management and a Master's in Technology and Innovation Management. My research sits at the intersection of technology management and Innovation, with a strong emphasis on Industry 4.0 and transformative frameworks for technology-driven change. I have led several high-impact projects funded by international grants, focusing on AI governance and ethics, workforce competencies in the era of 5G, and integrating Society 5.0 principles into the Management of Technology curriculum. Additionally, I have developed innovative strategies for adopting Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) technologies in business contexts. With over 35 research papers indexed in Web of Science (SCIE/ESCI/CPCI-S) and Scopus (Q1/Q2), I am deeply committed to advancing the integration of emerging technologies into both academic theory and industrial practice, with the goal of driving sustainable, long-term growth.
