Dr. Muhammad Adil Iqbal is an Assistant Professor in Department of International Business & Marketing in NUST Business School (NBS), National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), Islamabad, Pakistan. He teaches courses of History, International Relations and Pakistan Studies to undergraduate students in NBS. He holds a PhD in Islamic Civilization and Contemporary Issues from Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Brunei Darussalam. His area of research is International Relations, Political Science, Islamic civilization, globalization and impacts of emerging technologies of Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) on Muslim societies. During the course of his educational career, he has earned few Master’s degrees from internationally reputed universities of Pakistan. Dr. Muhammad Adil Iqbal holds Master’s in Defense & Strategic Studies from Quaid-i-Azam University (Islamabad), in Political Science from University of the Punjab (Lahore) and Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) in International Relations from Preston University (Islamabad). He is one of the Reviewer for IGI Global and Cogent Social Sciences and Cogent Business & Management, both internationally recognized journals from Taylor & Francis Group. He is also a former Associate Editor of ‘Journal of Islamic Governance,’ Institute of Policy Studies, UBD. He has written a book chapter on humanistic internationalisation and various journal articles on globalization, Fourth Industrial Revolution, emerging challenges for Islamic civilization and religious extremism. He has also presented in various international conferences. He has made himself an expert in International relations and has worked in a variety of settings, learning about his subject matter from an array of perspectives and disciplines. He endeavors to contribute to achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education).
