A PhD in Business Management (Consumer Behavior) from Institute of Business Management. Developed instruments (tools) for Quality assurance in teaching and learning. Also involved in curriculum development and training modules. Holds vast teaching experience across major universities in Karachi. Have 20 years of teaching experience at university level; and have supported 100 plus undergraduate and graduate students in their research projects which were based on diverse topics with focus on Management and Marketing. Is a FCIM-Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) & a member of the Marketing Association of Pakistan (MAP)
