With over 12 years of university-level teaching experience, I have specialized in digital consumer behavior, digital marketing, CRM, digital business, and CRM. My research expertise in qualitative and quantitative research is reflected in nearly 60 publications in Scopus-indexed journals, an h-index of 30, and over 5,000 citations.
